Instruction content/structure

This lecture series covers various topics in the domain of embedded systems software, e.g.:

  • Algorithms for data integrity, signal processing and control systems
  • Data coding and compression
  • Features of real-world embedded software (e.g. boot loaders, self-testing abilities)
  • Tools for model-based development and code generation
  • Tools for in-the-loop simulation and testing
Qualification objectives

Students will be familiar with a variety of topics connected with the design and implementation of embedded systems software for real-world industrial applications. After completing the course, they should be able to understand and implement selected algorithms, and have gained experience with relevant software tools.
